Consultation

During the consultation, you will speak with our experienced provider regarding details of the entire treatment process. This is a time for the patient to discuss their symptoms in detail, as well as express any concerns they may have. You and the provider can then determine a personalized treatment regimen that best fits your needs.

Infusion

We are committed to providing the safest and most comfortable healing environment possible for our patients.

Our treatment rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment, including the Caretaker Medical © monitoring system, as well as continuous IV infusion pumps. Each treatment room offers a unique setting in a relaxing environment, with a comfortable reclining chair, which is cleaned after each use. We provide noise-canceling headphones and highly recommend taking advantage of calming music during the infusion. We also recommend that patients bring a blanket with them to each of their infusions.

Each patient may have a very different, but personal, experience during the infusion. Many describe the feeling as extremely relaxing and calming. Some describe it as an “out-of-body" sensation, where they feel like they are looking at themselves from a distance. There are some who experience really intense feelings of emotion, which can lead to what’s considered a “breakthrough.” Breakthrough is a general term used to describe a moment of realization, clarity, understanding, or even acceptance.

During the infusion you will not be “under anesthesia,” and will be able to respond (verbally and/or physically) to light touch, or if spoken to. If at any point during the infusion, a patient becomes uncomfortable, the provider will immediately stop the infusion.
